MyBookSelling is an independent service operated under private ownership. By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of the Service

MyBookSelling is not a publishing house. It provides independent authors and rights holders with book design, cataloging, printing, and global distribution services. The author retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights and publishing rights in their work.

2. Service Scope

Services offered may include, but are not limited to:

  • Book design and interior formatting

  • Cataloging and SKU assignment

  • ISBN and barcode generation

  • Metadata registration and global listing

  • Printing services (on demand or bulk)

  • Royalties management and reporting

Each service is provided according to the package selected by the client and confirmed in writing or through the online order process.

3. Printing Conditions

Printing costs depend on the physical specifications of the book, including:

  • Trim size and page count

  • Black & white or full-color interior

  • Type of binding (perfect bound, hardcover, etc.)

  • Cover finish (matte or glossy)

  • Paper type for the cover and interior

A detailed quotation is provided prior to production. The client must approve the print proof before copies are produced. Once printing has begun, no refunds or alterations can be made.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are displayed in euros or U.S. dollars depending on the customer’s region. Once a service has started, no refunds will be issued, as the work is custom-made and intellectual in nature.

5. Royalties

When MyBookSelling distributes a title through its own sales network, the author receives 50% of the net profit generated from each sale. “Net profit” means the retail price minus printing costs, payment processing fees, and MyBookSelling’s 10% commission. Royalties are credited monthly and can be requested for payout through the Author Dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property remain with the author. By submitting a manuscript or design materials, the client grants MyBookSelling a non-exclusive, revocable license to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing the contracted services.

7. Author Responsibilities

The author is fully responsible for ensuring that their submitted materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or moral rights of third parties. MyBookSelling shall not be held liable for legal disputes arising from the author’s content.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyBookSelling provides its services “as is” and does not guarantee specific sales results, exposure, or revenue. Under no circumstances shall MyBookSelling be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

All client data is stored securely on European servers and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Any ongoing projects will be completed or canceled according to the terms mutually agreed upon.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, regardless of the user’s country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
